This policy describes how Dealspert, a product of Tidal Infinity, handles information on dealspert.com and in the iOS and Android apps. It is written for shoppers, not as a substitute for legal advice.

What we collect
If you create an account we may store your name, email, and sign-in identifiers from Google or Apple. The app may store an FCM token for alerts, votes on deals, saved deals, and purchase or savings logs you choose to record. Ads in the app may use device and advertising identifiers as described in the App Store and Play privacy labels. This website uses standard server logs (IP, user agent, requested URL) to keep the site running.
What third parties receive
We use hosting providers to run the site and API; Google and Apple for sign-in; Firebase Cloud Messaging for alerts; and advertising SDKs (including AdMob) in the app. Those companies process data under their own policies. We do not sell your email list.
Why we use it
To show the deal feed, send the alerts you turn on, keep your saved deals and savings history, measure ads that fund the free app, and secure accounts.
Legal bases (EU/UK)
If those laws apply to you: contract (your account and the feed), consent (ads and optional alerts), and legitimate interests (security, basic analytics, keeping the site available).
Retention
Account data stays until you delete the account. After you request deletion we complete removal within 90 days, except where we must keep a record (for example, a fraud or legal hold). Server logs rotate on a shorter schedule.
Your rights
You can access or delete your account in the app (Settings → Delete Account) or follow data deletion. Email [email protected] to ask questions or appeal a decision. Depending on where you live you may also have rights to correct data, object, or complain to a regulator.
Children
Dealspert is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
International transfers
Servers and vendors may be outside your country. If you use Dealspert, your information may be processed in those locations with the safeguards those vendors provide.
Changes
We will update this page when the policy changes and revise the date above.
