These terms are an agreement between you and Tidal Infinity for dealspert.com and the Dealspert apps. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
Dealspert is a deals preview and a free, ad-supported app. We do not sell the products. You buy from the retailer. Prices, promo codes, and stock can change or fail at checkout. We do not guarantee that any offer is still valid.
Accounts and acceptable use
Keep your login safe. Do not scrape the API, overload the service, post malware, impersonate Dealspert, or use the app to break a store’s rules. We may suspend accounts that do.
Intellectual property
The Dealspert name, logo, and site design belong to Tidal Infinity. Deal photos, titles, and trademarks may belong to retailers or original posters. You get a limited license to use the app and site for personal, non-commercial shopping.
Ads
The app shows ads so Dealspert can stay free. Ads may use device identifiers as described in Privacy.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is.” We are not responsible for a retailer’s checkout, a dead code, a price that moved, or a product you buy. To the extent the law allows, Tidal Infinity is not liable for lost savings, indirect damages, or amounts beyond what you paid us (which is zero for the free app).
Termination
You can delete your account in the app. We complete deletion within 90 days as described on Data deletion. We may stop offering the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where a mandatory consumer law in your country says otherwise.
